ABOUT
Grit, Glamour and Goals presents the Live Lookbook and Gala, is an evening dedicated to the modern western women. It includes shopping at some of Alberta's best boutiques, fashion show, dinner, silent auction, motivational speaker and live entertainment, in a room full of positive like-minded women from the western community.
This year G3 will be donating silent auction proceeds to Healing Hooves Equine Facilitated Wellness, whose mission is to bring healing, growth and hope to children, youth, adults, parents and families, located near Cremona, Alberta.
This non-profit group dedicates a $1,000 scholarship to one lady in post secondary education who is part of or involved in agriculture; be it 4-H, Rodeo, Ag Education, Stock Shows etc. This year Grit, Glamour & Goals has partnered with Westerner Park to present the $1,000 scholarship! You must be a female enrolled in a full time post secondary program for the 2018/2019 school year (diploma or degree).
Please provide a 3-5 minutes video detailing your experience/role in the agriculture industry and/or western community. Let us know how you plan to contribute to the future of the rural community!
Please also include a brief summary of how this scholarship would assist you in the costs associated with your education.
We understand that some videos are not able to be sent via email. We encourage you to upload to YouTube, and send us the YouTube link.
Videos are able to be made private where only those with the link can view.
